Having your home listed for that length of time will not be to your benefit, it serves no purpose.  When a home is priced according to actual market conditions it should sell within a short period of time. l wil not waste your time and energy of keeping your house 'show ready', telling you what is not true.


Always ask the person you are hiring about the amount of experience he or she has......How many Real Estate Transactions have they succesfully closed every year......None of them will be able to tell you they have SOLD more homes than I....                In Only 17 Years I have Sold Over 710 homes....!    With over 510 Sales in Chestermere Alone...!.....I can say it.....I can prove it....I know the Market...! Well, the truth is that to place your home on the MLS® with me, will cost you nothing..! 

I will incur all expenses related to marketing your home and I provide full marketing service such as: MLS®, Professional photographer, SEO website marketing, Newspaper ads, Social Media Marketing etc.

When you list your home with me there are no "Up Front Fees" to pay.

What is the cost of commission?

This is probably one of the most important questions any one selling a home will ask. And yes, Commissions are negotiable, there is no "Fixed Fee".


 I like to compare this to buying a car. How much are you willing to pay for your new vehicle??


What is important? Do you want A/C..? Do you want Heated, Leather Seats..?? Rearview Camera..??.....4 wheel drive...?? and the list can go on and on.....


I provide Full Real Estate Service to all of my clients. If your home doesn't sell it will cost you nothing, not one penny..... I pay for everything out of my own pocket.


(Below there is a Ficticious Scenario of what commission costs could be)

For example, I could charge sellers an up front fee and then list their home at whatever price they may want to list it for, because in reality it then wouldn't make a difference to me if it the property sells or not, as I would have already received my "Up front Fee"!

Of course this would never be good for a homeowner...!

Or I could maybe say "If you list with me it will only cost 1/2 or 1/3 of the Commissions....(or any combination possible) and you will have to set up your own showings, have potential buyers contact you directly and then you still have to negotiate your final selling price.... or do your own Open Houses...!!  And what about marketing? Newspaper advertising etc?

Don't forget if another REALTOR® comes with an offer you will still have to pay him or her their portion of commission as well.

As you can see....You will still be paying commissions.....and what about the service..??

Or I could say to you "I will charge a Flat Fee", regardless of selling price.

As you can see, there are many possibilities on how you can cut the cost of commissions......Just remember, you will also be cutting the service you will receive.....

And of course as anything in life, You always get what you pay for.....!
