I'm the most experience Realtor in Chestermere. Selling over 440 homes in only 12 years...almost twice as many as any other Realtor in town.......All of My Listings are selling...Why???
I use a simple method, I give my clients an honest and upto date Market Evaluation, Not a 2007 or 2010 Market Evaluation just to get a Listing that may sit on the market for a couple of years.
Buyers always wonder why some listings are on the market for 1, 2 or some of them even longer.....What's the problem....?? Why is not selling?? Does the home have a problem..?? or Is it over priced on this market...?? Believe me...! You do not want buyers to ask these questions about your home.
Having your home listed for that length of time will not be to your benefit, it serves no purposse. When a home is priced according to actual market conditions it should sell within 90 to a max 120 days, so l wil not waste your time and efforts telling you what is not true.
Homes must be placed on the market according to actual and upto date Market conditions. 2016 has been what's called "Buyer's Market", it simply means that there more homes on the market than potential buyers.
(Experience is gain NOT by the amount of years you have been in the business but how much business you have done during that amount of years....)
Always ask the person you are hiring about the amount of experience he or she has......How many Real Estate Transactions have they succesfully closed every year......None of them will be able to tell you they have SOLD over 440 Homes in Chestermere alone.....I can.....I can prove it....I know the Market...!
