We hired Karen Gonzales as our realtor when we were looking for someone to assist us in selling our home in Chestermere.  Karen as very excited about the opportunity and sat down with us and asked us what  WE wanted to sell our home for.  She showed us some comparables in our community and then gave us what she thought was a good starting point but also explained to us that she was just suggesting a starting price and it was entirely up to us what WE wanted to start at. At no time did we ever feel pressured by Karen to lower our price.  Karen was in constant contact with us and gave us plenty of notice when someone wanted to see our home.  We also stated what hours we were willing to have people come and view our home and Karen stuck by these timelines.  Karen has always been very approachable and knows her stuff. Over the course of a couple of months I found out that Karen was not only our relator but we became friends.
